La Sardinade Tablecloth
Custom-made tablecloth with multiple embroideries: a plate of "Sardinade", decorative dishes, glasses, shakers, an olive oil bottle and a plate of lemon. 

For this piece, Sarah was inspired by "La Sardinade", a culinary specialty, where same-day caught sardines are grilled whole and served with a lemon slice. Often served with white or rosé wine, Sardinades are celebrations that take place on the mediterranean and atlantic coasts. 

- Hand embroidered with white cotton thread.

- High quality linen and cotton. Hand-dyed with the Indigotier dye plant in the Luberon region of southern France.
