Cross-Stitch Tablecloth Corridor Citoyen x Sarah Espeute
Cross-Stitch Tablecloth Corridor Citoyen x Sarah Espeute
This one-of-a-kind tablecloth was created in collaboration with Corridor Citoyen, a French nonprofit coordinating humanitarian aid and evacuations from crisis zones, including Ukraine.
This is a collaborative embroidery project combining our backstitch technique, created in our workshop in Marseille, with cross-stitch embroidery featuring traditional Ukrainian patterns in red and black, embroidered by Ukrainian women refugees in Poland.
Stitched onto antique fabric, the piece features tableware items, subtly intertwined with classic Ukrainian motifs.
