The Kimono-Curtain
The Kimono-Curtain
The kimono-curtain draws direct inspiration from the traditional Japanese garment through its T-shaped cut, a symbol of solemnity and balance. Made from a patchwork of fabric scraps taken from other curtain-garments in the collection, it embodies both an aesthetic and ecological dimension. This process echoes the Japanese craft practice of boro, which involved reusing and mending old pieces of fabric to give them a new life.

Hanging Advice
Use 9 ring clips for a perfect fall. You can let the curtains hover just above the floor for a 'hanging garment' effect or allow them to pool gracefully for a more fluid, flowing look.
